Stop Motion Animation of Falling

For my stop motion animation, I first did an initial run (without extra drawings) to see how my first instinct set up would be by doing "straight ahead" style animating. From there, I corrected the angle of arc and set up the piece to fit within my camera frame. I adjusted for spacing during certain times such as the top of his arc as well as varying spacing to make the animation feel less robotic. It was interesting to see how little I had to move the eraser buddy after the splash where he was just floating in the water in comparison to the bigger distance gaps between frames of him flying through the air. Adding the eraser marker drawings were a fun touch!
